It’s the biggest day of your life and (most likely) more photographs will be taken of you than ever have been before or ever will again. So, for the biggest day of your life you probably want to look the best that you possibly can.
That’s where our Wedding Prep Package comes in. Lots of clients approach us and want to drop a few dress sizes, fill their suit better, fill their suit less, even! Whether you’d like fat loss or muscle gain we can help you achieve it, but (and it’s a very important but) we have structured this package in such a way that, at a time when you are stressed enough, your training doesn’t add increased amounts of stress.
In order for the package to be effective (results are still key!), but not be a source of stress, we have put in a place a 24 session minimum which we suggest you use at a rate of 2 personal training sessions per week. This is more of a ‘marathon’ compared to our ‘sprint’ fat loss for men or fat loss for women packages.

For those who aren’t worried about stress, we are happy to increase training frequency so that you have 3 personal training sessions per week and some self-training plans – this is all part of our customised approach. We tailor our services to the individual to give them the best possible chance of success.
