How do I book my sessions?

Your sessions will be booked directly with your trainer who will let you know  the best form of communication. Generally email tends to work best for booking sessions in. This will be the same for mobile personal training in London and our personal trainers based in the City gym. 

 

 

I’m vegetarian, do you have suitable diets plans for me? 

 

With our vast knowledge on nutrition we can put your diet plan together no matter what your eating habits are. We can create suitable nutrition plans for both vegetarians and vegans. 

 

I have a holiday coming up, will this stop me from getting results? 

 

You can still achieve great results while travelling, your trainer will set you up with a plan of action to keep you on track. When you return we will pick things up and continue to make great progress. Whilst you are away we can get you set up with our online personal training.

 

 

I’ve not trained in a long time, do you work with beginners?

 

A skill that our trainers have is being able to progress and regress exercises for each individual. No matter your experience level you will feel at home, we design programs that are tailored to your needs. You will be paired up with one of the best personal trainers in London. 

 

 

 

How do you track progress?

 

Tracking progress is done by getting feedback from our clients in our check in sessions. Here we will find out how clients are getting on with what is being asked, and we will take a few measurements. This can be done by skin folds, tape measure, progress photos and weigh-ins. We use what ever method is most motivational for the clients and what they feel most comfortable with.
