REFUND POLICY

There are no Refunds, unused sessions can be transferred to friends or family members, and Packages or block bookings are non-refundable.

 

  • All Sessions expire in 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise

  • Client must notify Trainer of cancellation twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled appointment.


 

NOTE: Client will be charged for the session if less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of cancellation is given.

 

Missed sessions without the 24 hours notice will be fully chargeable as if intended. Trainers may change times or cancel Session at their discretion, and will endeavour to give clients as much notice as possible of such changes as is reasonably practicable.

Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with a Credit or Debit Card
If you have purchased an automatically renewing subscription and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time through email titled ‘Cancelling Online Personal Coaching’.

 

Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. You must give 30 days notice for cancellation
