We always start with an initial consultation. We will discuss goals, your diet, your training history, measure your bodyfat percentage and perform hormonal analysis. Following this you will be matched with the trainer who can best assist you in achieving your goals.
You will receive a nutritional plan, self-training plan, benefit from ongoing email support as well as regular checkpoints with your trainer to check that you are responding positively to training methods, nutritional and supplementation plans.
